The following conditions will be applied to sales made on https://bodegaslolicasado.com. The placement of an order implies that the customer has read and accepted the following conditions of sale.
Orders will be placed through the Shop section of the website where users can select different products and then proceed to payment and then receive them at the destination specified by the customer. The whole process is carried out in the Spanish language.
Products and prices
The products on https://bodegaslolicasado.com are always shown with VAT included. Prices are subject to change without notice and at any time. In case there is any error in the price or it is modified, the customer will be duly informed.
Methods of payment

Payments will be charged when the order is placed or a bank account will be presented in order to make a deposit. The products will not be sent until it has been verified that the payment has been made correctly.
Shipping costs
All prices and offers shown on https://bodegaslolicasado.com refer to shipments to the Spanish mainland. Other locations such as the Balearic and Canary Islands have specific prices for each region.
Shipments will be made by certified transport services within approximately 24-72 hours. Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of the order being 6.5 € the price of shipping. For orders from 500 € the option of free shipping is granted.
Shipments available only within Spanish territory. The list of locations to which shipments can be made is subject to change.
Return Policy
Exercising his right of withdrawal, the customer has 14 calendar days from the time of purchase to return the product purchased as long as it has not been opened, in which case this right is annulled as listed in Article 103 of the TRLGDCU, paragraph “e” applied to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery.
If a return is requested, the products must be returned, the customer being responsible for the return costs. Once the correct state of the product has been checked, the full amount of the order will be paid.
In case the reason for return is an error on the part of Bodegas L. Casado, S.L. it will be the winery who will pay the shipping costs for the return.

The wine contains sulfites.
